In addition, with its square 24.4 x 24.4 mm VQFN footprint, the ML865C1 is designed for size-sensitive applications.

Form Factor Family

The Telit Cinterion xL865 family addresses system integrators and IoT device developers needing a low-volume-friendly mounting solution (LCC castellation — not available across all members of the family) as well as those running high-volume automated pick-and-place (VQFN) assembly. The compact 24.4 mm x 24.4 mm package allows integration of single or combinations of cellular, short-range wireless, and positioning capabilities into small IoT devices.
