POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Field Application Engineer (FAE) / Technical Support will provide comprehensive pre-sale and post-sale technical support for customer software design, circuit design and system development.  You will work closely with customers’ design teams, as well as their OEM end-customers, to make sure they are technically supported through the entire design process.  You will become a technical expert on Telit Cinterion’s product portfolio of cellular modules.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The FAE will be responsible for providing technical support though all stages of the design process including hardware and software design as well as end product certification.  The specific responsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to:

Customer Support:

  • Provide technical/ design support for customers / integrators
  • Provide technical support to the sales staff in order to promote the company’s products to customer engineers during the design win cycle

Sales Support:

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

Inside Sales Representative – Boca Raton, Florida

 

OVERVIEW:

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for generating new leads and building a pipeline of opportunities for the Telit Cinterion IoT Cloud and connectivity platform business. Primary responsibilities include: outbound prospecting, pre-qualifying and channeling leads to our direct and indirect sales teams for further qualification and managing of small and medium enterprise (SME) accounts. The position reports to the internal sales team lead, NA services and will receive daily oversight from the ISR.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ISR will be responsible for generating new leads in a specified territory for all Telit Services.  The focus of this position will be on lead generation and qualification. The specific responsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to:

Lead Generation:

  • Place outbound prospecting calls and e-mails from campaign lead sources or through individual research
  • Field inbound phone calls and e-mail based inquiries for more information
  • Pre-qualify all leads and distribute accordingly to direct and indirect sales teams for further qualification
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of Telit Cinterion IoT Cloud and connectivity services.
  • Effectively manage daily / monthly activities including call volume, pipeline / forecasting and quota goals

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The NOC support technician will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring of systems, applications, and the customer support center. This position provides Tier I support for all problems with wireless hardware, software and other computer related technology issues and inquiries. This position will review systems to collect information about problems and perform diagnostic procedures to determine the source of errors. This individual must be able to log and track calls using incident management software, maintain historical records and related problem documentation, and perform triage on all incoming requests to ensure that tickets are routed to the appropriate group for resolution. Daily activities will be driven primarily by recurring system health checks, responding to automated system alerts, and handling customer calls and emails.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Objective:

The aim of this testing service is to increase customer confidence to pass their final approvals (i.e. RED, FCC, PTCRB, GCF, MNOs). The service foresees, when needed, the presence of key customers in visit to attend the testing. The deliverable is a test report including results and applicable suggestions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • PCTS fundamental documents update: PCTS request file, Procedures, Summary of activities, RMA location file
  • PCTS activities scheduling (PCTS scheduling file management): in order to meet as much as possible the expectations of customers in terms of testing time and deliverables

As a Validation Engineer working with our R&D team, you will be responsible for evaluating IoT Wireless Products, analyzing and debugging test results , designing and deploying test plan, designing and developing test case documents and automatic test routines.
