Commodity Manager (Individual Contributor) – Taiwan or China
Job Summary
The Commodity Manager reports to VP Purchasing. The position is a critical part of TELIT’s development process and is responsible for formulating, communicating, and executing the worldwide sourcing strategy. The Commodity Manager leads supplier sourcing / selection activities and successfully manages the supplier relationship to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost effective materials to support production requirements. The Commodity Manager has an important role in ensuring that its respective commodity meets the technical and price specifications necessary for TELIT to satisfy its internal and external customers.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Global role working with Engineering to influence technical design decisions to meet technical capabilities, cost, and business objectives.
- Align the commodity strategy to TELIT’s objectives for sustaining production, new product introduction (NPI), and R&D activities. Ensures TELIT has the right product at the right place and on-time with a secured and qualified supply base.
- Develop a commodity technology roadmap, aligning business requirements with supplier capabilities.
- Responsible for AVL (Approved Vendors List) for commodity, supplier selection and qualification.
- Maintain supplier scorecard and evaluation.
- Ensure a competitive sourcing environment leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, service and technology.
- Interface with cross functional teams to assess current and future sourcing requirements.
- Responsible for quarterly executive business reviews of strategic sourcing plan that define, among other things, product roadmaps, supplier capabilities and annual / quarterly strategic business objectives.
- Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, cost and quality improvements.
- Maintain personal knowledge of market trends including rigorous analysis of market drivers, cost structures and technical improvements.
- Periodic travel to supplier’s manufacturing sites.
- Support annual cost reductions, VMI/JIT, lead-time reductions, favorable payment terms, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain roles within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing supplier selection, qualification, performance, and commercial negotiations, with a strong understanding of global sourcing best practices.
- Knowledge of the electronics, semiconductor, cellular telecommunications, or IoT industry, including experience managing commodities such as chipsets, memory, PCB, or related components.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost management skills, including cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives; fluency in English is required and experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

- Experience working in a multinational, multicultural organization with global supplier networks.
- Knowledge of international trade practices, contract management, and global supply agreements.

Customer Service – China
Job Summary
The role is a core operational responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment, customer delivery management, cross functional commercial collaboration, RMA issue closure, process optimization. Customer Serving as the key contact among customers, sales, supply chain, logistics, finance and quality teams, the position focuses on delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction and operational risk control, reporting to CS Manager – APAC.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment Management
Manage end-to-end order fulfillment activities, ensuring accurate order processing, on-time delivery, and effective risk management for assigned customers. - Daily Customer Service & Commercial Communication
Communicate and support regional customers and sales inquiries supporting availability checks and sample requests and commercial requirements. - Support RMA Closed-Loop Process
Coordinate customer complaints, returns, replacements, and RMA activities, working with internal teams to drive timely issue resolution and reduce complaint rate and claim risks. - Improve overall order fulfillment efficiency
Monitor key fulfillment KPIs, prepare operational reports, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvements in service and delivery performance. - Optimize Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with sales, production planning, warehouse & logistics, quality, finance and other departments to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks, improve processes, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3+ years customer service / order operation experience or relevant working experience.
- Experienced in mainstream ERP systems (SAP) and office tools; capable of independent data analysis, report compilation and operational problem review.
- Good English reading and writing skills; able to independently communicate with overseas customers and handle English business emails and official documents.
- Meticulous, rigorous and responsible in daily work with a strong zero-error awareness for order and operational management.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and responding efficiently to urgent and unexpected issues under fast-paced working conditions. Proactive in work execution, able to identify potential risks and problems initiatively and report to supervisors timely for early intervention and resolution.

Edge AI Software Engineer – China
Job Summary
The Edge AI Software Engineer is responsible for driving AI capabilities on resource constrained embedded and edge platforms, enabling the next generation intelligent evolution of wireless communication modules and IoT products. Beyond traditional embedded and cellular module software, this role focuses on deep integration of AI models with embedded platforms, including MCU, RTOS, and Embedded Linux environments, reporting to Software Manager.
This position contributes to the adaptation, optimization, and deployment of AI and large scale models on constrained devices, balancing compute capability, memory footprint, power consumption, real time behavior, and system stability.
In addition, the role drives the adoption and production deployment of LLM based Agent frameworks into daily engineering workflows, improving development efficiency and engineering productivity. The role requires close collaboration with AI algorithm, module platform, system architecture, and product teams to deliver production ready edge AI solutions.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Adapt, optimize, and deploy AI models on embedded and edge platforms, including model pruning, compression, quantization, distillation, and runtime integration for production use.
- Design and evolve AI model architectures based on business scenarios and deployment constraints, balancing accuracy, latency, memory usage, power consumption, and system stability on resource limited platforms.
- Develop and maintain embedded AI software frameworks and inference pipelines, supporting lightweight runtimes such as TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Lite Micro, PyTorch Mobile, ONNX Runtime, and similar engines across MCU, RTOS, and Embedded Linux platforms.
- Lead inference acceleration and performance optimization on embedded systems, leveraging platform capabilities and heterogeneous resources (CPU, DSP, NPU, GPU) to continuously improve edge side AI efficiency.
- Drive the adoption and production integration of LLM based Agent frameworks, embedding them into daily development and engineering workflows to improve productivity, automation, and system level efficiency across the SW department and overall R&D organization.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Engineering, Communications, Automation, or related fields.
- Solid experience in machine learning / deep learning projects, with understanding of large models (LLMs) and end to end workflows including training, inference, evaluation, and deployment.
- Proven model engineering experience, capable of advancing models from algorithm validation to deployable, maintainable, and integrable embedded solutions.
- Hands on experience in model structure design and optimization, including pruning, quantization, compression, and distillation based on deployment constraints.
- Practical experience with data preprocessing and feature extraction pipelines, including signal processing techniques such as FFT / STFT, for embedded or edge inference.
- Strong background in embedded AI software frameworks, with experience integrating and adapting at least one of TFLite, TFLite Micro, PyTorch Mobile, ONNX Runtime, or equivalent runtimes.
- Good understanding of MCU, RTOS, and embedded platform architectures, including memory constraints, performance tuning, and power management considerations.
- Proficiency in C / C++, with strong engineering discipline and hands on debugging and optimization experience in embedded environments.
- Good English reading and writing skills, able to read technical documentation and collaborate with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying or optimizing LLMs or multimodal models on edge or embedded devices. Experience with Qualcomm based platform will be a strong plus.
- Hands on background in TinyML, edge intelligence, or on device inference projects.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Lightweight computer vision models on edge devices
- Speech / keyword spotting / time series models on MCU platforms
- Predictive or anomaly detection on embedded systems
- Experience with multi platform inference optimization, including DSP / NPU / GPU acceleration, vectorization, runtime optimization, compiler level or operator level optimization.
- Prior experience with cellular modules, IoT devices, wireless terminals, or embedded products. Understanding of cellular module architecture and modem-host interaction.
- Experience in custom or innovative model architecture design, beyond simply deploying off the shelf models.
- Contribution experience in open-source community.
- Good understanding of the value stream in embedded AI ecosystem.

Technical Sales Manager – Vietnam or Thailand
Job Summary
This is a Technical Sales Position, reporting to Sales & FAE Manager India and ASEAN, for promoting Telit Cinterion Product line and managing Hardware module business directly or through company appointed distribution channels in ASEAN countries, to contribute to revenue generation. Major focus will be on key verticals like Smart Meters, Vehicle Telematics, 5G routers and Gateways which are having strong growth potential in ASEAN.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Technical/Product presentation and pre-sales support to sales and customers.
- Acceptance, prioritization and management of the correct internal processing of customer requirements.
- Technical support during RFI / RFQ process.
- Trouble shooting (tracing, on-site testing) to establish the root cause of problems found in the field.
- Raising failure reports, identification of solution or workaround and if needed internal defect escalation in a structured manner.
- Enable customers to develop new wireless applications (e.g. test scripts, application notes, design hints…) Work together with all the stakeholders to be accountable for meeting the design win targets, and to achieve revenue growth.
- Work with internal teams to file defect reports, identification of solutions or workarounds, and drive resolution towards customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or similar.
- 5-10 years of experience in wireless industry, semiconductor or in embedded design & development.
- Knowledge of IoT market trend and its verticals (eg. Security, Healthcare, Energy, POS), and the key technology development status.
- Knowledge of wireless communication technologies (GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G) and network standardization evolvement (3GPP Rel.x)
- Knowledge of HW/SW development process. Familiar with Linux & embedded Linux and Embedded SW concept, with language skills such as C/C++/Python.
- Experienced with project management (schedule, risk, cost), crisis management and escalations.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English and good command of local language.
- Sefl-motivated and willing to work independently.
- Willing to travel to countries in ASEAN for business purpose as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- With factory production knowledge is a plus.
- Pre-sales or Customer Project Management skills are preferred.
