Built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon® X82 5G Modem‑RF system and compliant with 3GPP Release 18, it is ideal for demanding industrial and enterprise applications. The module features:

  • Non-stand-alone (NSA) LTE/5G New Radio (NR) dual connectivity (EN‑DC)
  • Full 5G NR SA mode
  • Dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS)

The FE990D50 belongs to Telit Cinterion’s FE990 family. It delivers next‑generation 5G performance in a compact 41 × 41 × 2.9 mm LGA form factor. All FE990 modules share the same:
