The SE869eK5-DR is a multiconstellation, dual-frequency positioning receiver and member of the xE869 series. It offers untethered dead reckoning (UDR) capabilities with enhanced accuracy and low power consumption.

Product Description

The SE869eK5-DR is a dual-band (L1 + L5) positioning receiver. It offers optimal performance in difficult environments or when co-located with other radios. The UDR functionality allows the module to maintain the position fix, even in cases of jamming or signal blockage.

Derivative of SE868K5-DR in a larger form factor, this GNSS module features:

  • Integrated six-axis IMU for uninterrupted positioning
  • Embedded low noise amplifiers (LNAs) for improved performance
  • Band 13 and SAW filters for better immunity and radio coexistence
  • Ephemeris file injection and onboard ephemeris prediction for assisted GNSS (A-GNSS)/GPS (A-GPS)

Form Factor Family

The SE869e represents the evolution of the SL869 series, moving from an LCC to an LGA package. It allows the introduction of features through additional connection pins while maintaining backward compatibilities with previous generation.

Telit Cinterion’s integrated proprietary commands enable easy transition between variants. These unified command sets reduce development complexity without additional costs.
