FN990Axx

The FN990Axx module series is a natural evolution of our FN980 series. These M.2 5G modules are powered by the Snapdragon^® X65 and X62 Modem-RF systems and 3GPP Release (Rel) 16 compliant. The FN990Axx series will enable mission-critical and latency-sensitive applications (e.g., smart manufacturing and private 5G networks).

Our FN980 and FN980m data cards enable a new generation of 5G state-of-the-art data cards featuring sub-6 and mmWave (FN980m only) technologies with support for LTE, WCDMA and GNSS.

Industrial-grade M.2 form factor suitable – among others – for the following applications: high-power fixed wireless access, enterprise routers and gateways, indoor/outdoor CPE, video broadcasting and surveillance. Support of Qualcomm QTM525 and QTM527 mmWave antennas and powered by the Snapdragon X55 Modem-RF system.

LM960A18

Gigabit LTE Cat 18 data card. Our LM960A18 is the world’s first global full-size mini PCI Express card (mPCle) available for enterprise cellular routers and appliances. This global, 23-band product, supporting LTE Advanced Category (Cat) 18 has download speeds of up to 1.2 Gbps and five-band fallback to 3G. Powered by Snapdragon X20 LTE modem.
