Solution Overview: SE868K5-RTK and SE868SY-D GNSS Modules
Telit Cinterion’s SE868K5-RTK module is a high-precision Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver. It integrates RTK technology and can achieve centimeter-level accuracy. This module offers optimal immunity for seamless operation near cellular or other radios.
The SE868SY-D module is an improved precision GNSS receiver. It supports the latest generation of DGNSS corrections for reliable sub-meter accuracy even in difficult environments.
The SE868K5-RTK and SE868SY-D are members of the xE868 form factor family and share a common reference design for easy migration. Their compact size (11 x 11 mm) is ideal for size-constrained devices.
These modules use dual frequencies (L1/E1 and L5/E5), enhancing precision and reducing multipath effects. Both modules use the RTCM protocol and can output raw data to support RTK applications. This enables developers to manage high-precision applications easily at the host level.
In addition, these modules can receive corrections from the cloud-based Swift Navigation’s Skylark Precise Positioning service. The SE868K5-RTK can also ingest corrections from local base stations.
