Telit Cinterion group (“Telit Cinterion”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) strive to conduct our business in an honest and ethical manner. Our reputation is built on our values as a company, the values of our employees and our collective commitment to acting with integrity throughout our organization.
This Code contains principles that Telit Cinterion expects every person working for or on behalf of Telit Cinterion to follow. Other governing documents adopted by Telit Cinterion may also incorporate these principles. It is the responsibility of Telit Cinterion’s managers to communicate this Code to their teams and provide regular training as appropriate.
This Code applies to all companies that are part of the Telit Cinterion group. It applies to members of the board of directors, managers and other employees as well as those acting on behalf of the Telit Cinterion group. Telit Cinterion also expects its business partners and others with whom Telit Cinterion deals to operate in accordance with this Code.
Human Rights
- Telit Cinterion supports and respects internationally proclaimed human rights and aims to ensure that it is not complicit in human rights abuses.
- Telit Cinterion does not tolerate forced or compulsory labor or any forms of child labor.
- Telit Cinterion has adopted an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy available at https://www.telit.com/modern-slavery-and-child-labour-policy/ which sets out its commitment to ensuring there is transparency in its own business and in its approach to tackling modern slavery throughout its supply chains.
- Telit Cinterion has adopted a Conflict Minerals Policy available at https://www.telit.com/conflict-minerals-policy/ which sets out The Telit Cinterion group commitment to ensuring transparency and its’ full support and efforts to eliminate 3TG from conflict-affected and high-risk areas throughout its supply chains.
Working Environment

- Telit Cinterion has adopted a Whistleblowing Policy available at https://www.telit.com/whistleblowing-policy/ to facilitate the reporting of concerns, complaints or any information related to any violation of laws that are subject to whistle-blower protection under applicable law within the organization. The policy aims to ensure that employees, contractors, and other business partners have a mechanism for reporting such concerns without fear of retaliation.
- Telit Cinterion recognizes the right to freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining in accordance with the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Environment
- Telit Cinterion recognizes that as a major, global corporation it has a duty to conduct its business with concern and regard on its impact on the environment.
- Telit Cinterion commits to supporting the development and use of environmentally friendly technologies.
- Telit Cinterion has adopted a Supplier Code of Conduct available at https://www.telit.com/suppliers-code-of-conduct/ to assure compliance with applicable environment laws and regulations throughout it’s supply chain.
Occupational Health and Safety
- Telit Cinterion’s aim is to provide a workplace that is free of accidents and injury in the working environment.
- Telit Cinterion comply with applicable local legal regulations and industry-specific requirements as mandated by governmental authorities. In addition, we uphold standards of operational integrity and quality assurance by maintaining multiple internationally recognized ISO certifications available at https://www.telit.com/about/quality-mission/. These certifications reflect Telit Cinterion’s ongoing commitment to regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement in our processes.
- Each person working on behalf of Telit Cinterion is responsible for following safety and health rules and practices and reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions, procedures, or behaviors.
- Telit Cinterion expects suppliers, contractors and others to comply with all applicable health and safety laws in their operations and with Telit Cinterion’s Suppliers Code of Conduct available at https://www.telit.com/suppliers-code-of-conduct/.
Conflicts of Interest
- Personal gain or advantage should never exist to the detriment of Telit Cinterion’s best interests.
- Any decision taken on behalf of Telit Cinterion should be based on an objective and fair assessment of Telit Cinterion’s best interests and without outside considerations.
Corruption and Bribery
- Telit Cinterion prohibits any forms of bribery or corruption and takes all measures to ensure all relevant laws are complied.
- Telit Cinterion has adopted an Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy available at https://www.telit.com/anti-bribery-and-corruption-policy/ which details how Telit Cinterion is working to prevent, detect and address bribery and corruption at Telit Cinterion.
Recordkeeping and Reporting
- Telit Cinterion has mechanisms in place to ensure that its books, records, accounts and financial statements are accurate and kept up to date in accordance with applicable rules and standards and that they properly reflect Telit Cinterion’s dealings.
- Telit Cinterion has procedures in place that are designed to ensure proper internal and disclosure controls to protect any information that is private and confidential.
Reporting Violations of the Code
It is everyone’s duty to report any act that is likely to constitute a violation of this Code.

Telit Cinteiron’s Designated Officers are:
- Telit Cinterion’s General Counsel; and
- Telit Cinterion’s Head of Compliance
- Telit Cinterion’s CEO.
Telit Cinterion will not tolerate any harassment, victimization or discrimination of anyone who makes a notification under this Code in good faith and will treat this as a serious disciplinary offense. The right of an individual who makes a notification under this Code to do so without retaliation is fully recognized by Telit Cinterion.
This policy does not form part of any employee’s contract of employment and we may amend it at anytime. Breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
