Telit is an IoT industry partner in Deutsche Telekom AG’s IoT Solution Optimizer, designed to help enterprises build, optimize and connect IoT applications quickly using best-in-world cloud service. Three Telit modules , including Cat M1 and NB-IoT options, are certified for the IoT Solution Optimizer, providing the low-power connectivity needed to support extended battery life.
In 2018, Telit partnered with IDEMIA, a world leader in SIM card technology and security, to expand simWISE into our 4G product line. SimWISE is an embedded software technology for cellular modules that acts as a replacement or complement to the traditional SIM card, reducing total cost of ownership and improving functionality.
Telit is among the world’s first providers of IoT modules based on the new Qualcomm 9205 LTE modem. The highly compact chipset meets booming demand for ultra-small modules for applications such as wearable medical devices, fitness trackers and industrial sensors and delivers 3GPP Release 14 functionality.
