Yamit Sela
Chief Information Officer
Yamit Sela is the chief information officer. She leads the company’s global IT strategy, systems and security. She ensures that technology enables and protects business operations worldwide. In addition, she drives innovation through AI and digital transformation initiatives.
Yamit brings over 15 years of corporate IT leadership experience. She has a proven track record of aligning IT infrastructure with business strategy and implementing enterprise systems. She is also known for managing company-wide security programs.
Yamit is instrumental in shaping the company’s digital future. She leverages emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and unlock new business value.
She joined the company in 2011 as director of global IT applications. She was promoted to vice president of global IT business applications in 2013 and later became CIO.
Before that, Yamit held IT leadership roles at Jafora-Tabori Ltd. and Eden Springs. At these companies, she developed deep expertise in enterprise systems and IT operations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Coventry University. She also achieved a master’s degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
