Itzik Molcho
Chief Operating Officer
Itzik Molcho is the chief operating officer. He drives operational efficiency, strategic execution, supply chain, quality procurement and resource management and cross-functional collaboration across the company.
Itzik brings more than 35 years of executive business management experience in multidisciplinary environments, reflecting his entrepreneurial background. His career includes CEO roles at Something3D Ltd., Tzinorot (Metco), and Aromor Flavors and Fragrances, where he successfully led growth and transformation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Alony, Marble Ceramics & Sanitaryware, MVT – Multi Vision Technology Ltd., and ELGO. These helped him gain experience across diverse sectors.
Itzik’s career reflects a blend of operational expertise, business leadership and innovation. He is a key driver of the company’s global performance and growth. Itzik holds a master’s in industrial engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
