Our Leadership Team

Liat Menahemi is the chief legal and compliance officer and corporate secretary. She brings extensive international experience in technology, communications, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and litigation. Her background includes working with private and publicly listed companies (NYSE and TLV). 

Liat is a member of the Israeli and New York Bar Associations. She manages all legal aspects of our global operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing commercial transactions, as well as capital and debt financing. She leads mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance with worldwide regulations. In addition, she manages group litigation, including intellectual property disputes. 

Liat provides ongoing counseling to the Board of Directors and its committees. Liat’s leadership ensures that the company operates within a strong legal and ethical framework, supporting growth while mitigating risk.
