Telit’s New secureWISE Business Management Portal Transforms Semiconductor Tool Data Into Actionable Insights

London, July 21, 2016 – Telit, a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), today announced the availability of the secureWISE Business Management Portal.  The Portal is the first and only business intelligence platform to enable a near real-time view of all semiconductor tool activity, helping OEMs and FABs improve ROI of remote connectivity, ensure peak performance of valuable equipment, and avoid costly and disruptive cleanroom visits.

The secureWISE Business Management Portal provides detailed business analytics and reporting capabilities designed to help identify tool connectivity usage. The Portal helps OEMs optimize engineering support, improve customer service, and determine if required service level agreement activities are being performed.  FABs can use the Portal to analyze and compare production runs to maximize output, confirm maintenance issues are addressed, and examine connectivity patterns to ensure proper usage of tool data.

“The secureWISE Business Management Portal provides valuable insights to help both OEMs and FABs improve operational efficiency,” said Fred Yentz, CEO of Telit IoT Platforms.  “The analytics and reporting capabilities of the Portal help both parties maximize tool uptime, reduce costs, and take advantage of new service opportunities.”

The Portal is available in two versions: “Basic” and “Enhanced”. The basic portal is a limited service available to current secureWISE customers and provides a near real-time view of all tool activity. The enhanced portal is a value-added service that provides detailed business analytics and reporting based on a historical view of who accessed tools and action performed.
