Sales Industry Account Manager – Industrial Automation

Job Summary

The Account Manager position is responsible to support, acquire, and grow revenue through direct customers and channel partners. This will include managing strategic accounts, shared accounts in your region, and finding / developing new account business. Job Summary

Telit Cinterion is seeking a customer-facing Technical Solutions Architect to define and deliver end-to-end IoT solutions for customer-specific programs, spanning connected devices, wireless connectivity, embedded firmware, device management, data architecture, cloud integration, and production deployment. This role translates customer business needs and technical constraints into solution architectures, proposals, SOW inputs, NRE estimates, and implementation plans, serving as the technical bridge between customers, Program Management, R&D and partner teams.

The ideal candidate will bring broad IoT systems expertise with hands-on experience in connected devices, wireless technologies, sensors, embedded systems, device-to-cloud data flows, secure provisioning/authentication, OTA lifecycle management, scalable cloud services, and customer-facing communication. Objectives & Responsibilities

Technical Solutions Engineer, Connectivity – USA

 

Job Summary

Serve as the trusted technical advisor to Regional Sales Directors and enterprise customers evaluating Telit Cinterion’s connectivity portfolio. Own pre‑sales discovery, solution scoping, proof‑of‑concepts, and post‑sale integration support; diagnose network/SIM/module/application issues; and drive successful certification/launch outcomes across MNOs and geographies.

 

Objectives & Responsibilities

Primary Objectives

  • Accelerate revenue by enabling technically sound wins — qualify use cases, recommend the right connectivity architecture (APN, profile strategy, data paths), and deliver compelling demos/POCs.
  • Shorten time-to-first-data for new accounts by leading onboarding (SIM/eSIM provisioning, device bring-up, CMP set up) and documenting repeatable playbooks.
  • Raise win rates by removing risk early (RF/link budget sanity checks, module/SIM compatibility, roaming behavior, PSM/eDRX expectations, fallback strategies).
  • Delight customers with fast, first-principles troubleshooting; clear Root Cause Analysis; and strong collaboration with global Connectivity/Support & R&D teams for durable fixes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead first-time attach and KPI baselining (Signal strength, network attach, PDP contexts, throughput/latency). Capture logs and share reproducible steps.
  • Configure connectivity services (APNs, private routes, IPsec/VPN where applicable) and document Connectivity Management Portal workflows (lifecycle, profile swaps, alerts/usage policies).

Troubleshooting, Escalation & Root Cause Analysis

  • Act as the front-line technical interface for complex issues; triage across device, module FW/AT stack, SIM/profile, RAN/core, and application layers; coordinate with carriers and internal teams to closure.
  • Gather artifacts (AT traces, network surveys, pcap logs, CMP session records) and drive crisp RCAs with corrective/preventive actions.

  • Solid understanding of cellular technologies and device behaviors: LTE Cat‑1/4, Cat-1.bis, LTE‑M (Cat‑M1), NB‑IoT, 5G basics (NSA/SA), roaming, attach/TAU, PSM/eDRX, and SIM/eUICC concepts (ICCID/IMSI, profile lifecycle), eSIM provisioning platform, SGPx2.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Web-Based User Interface Developer to design and build high-performance, interactive user interfaces for real-time data visualization applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, a solid computer science foundation, and proven experience developing advanced web-based widgets for live data presentation using modern 2D and 3D rendering technologies.  Experience in manufacturing operations technology and/or IoT is a strong plus. Job Summary

As a Validation Engineer, you will collaborate with our R&D team to evaluate IoT wireless products on Open Linux enabled platforms. Your responsibilities will include, among others the creation, analysis  and debug of applications written with the Open Linux SDK, designing and deploying comprehensive test plans, and developing test case documents and automated test routines tailored for the  Open Linux SDK architecture. A critical aspect of the role is to validate the whole  Open Linux system, so the best candidate must have a full view of what a Linux System is and how applications are developed , compiled and runs on it.

Job Summary

The internship focuses on supporting the development of a benchmarking framework for evaluating the temperature dependent performance of GNSS modules across different power consumption modes and operational conditions. The role provides hands on experience with hardware testing, data collection, and the use of AI assisted tools for data analysis and report generation.

The role of the Tax Controller is to undertake all aspects of tax transactions across the Company, including CIT, indirect taxes and VAT as well as tax forecasts. Tax controller responsibilities will also include coordinating and participating in tax audits and reviews. This role reports to Corporate Finance Manager.

Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Develop, and maintain protocol-level APIs to enable mobile network connectivity and feature support in alignment with solution provider architectures
  • Implement specific features related to mobile broadband and customize modem behaviors based on 3GPP standards and Chipset vendor.
  • Analyze interoperability issues between our modules and mobile networks using protocol logs and standards-based knowledge; coordinate with solution providers and customer support teams to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure protocol software quality through log analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Review and interpret network operator requirements to ensure compliance with certification standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Wireless Communication Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in cellular protocol development, and debugging (e.g., LTE, NR/5G). Proven track record in C/C++ programming for embedded systems or modem software.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications and cellular stack layers (L1/L2/L3).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in cellular network environment.
