Trading update and Notice of Results

The Board of Telit (AIM: TCM), the global wireless communications developer and distributor, is happy to announce a trading update ahead of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009. The Company expects that unaudited revenues for the twelve months ended 31 December 2009 will be in line with market expectations at approximately €63 million, or 7% above 2008 revenues. Telit expects to release its preliminary results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2009 on or about 2 March 2010.
