New subsidiary will offer the company’s IoT platforms and IoT modules
Tokyo, December 8, 2015 – Telit, a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), today announced that the company recently established a wholly owned subsidiary in Japan, Known as Telit Wireless Solutions Japan, to accelerate Telit’s drive into the fast growing Japanese IoT/M2M market.
The product portfolio immediately available for the Japanese market includes several of Telit’s cellular and short-range plus all its GNSS modules. The company’s offering is backed by comprehensive support, which is now also available locally from the new Japanese subsidiary. Telit Wireless Solutions Japan will add to a global network of 35 sales offices.

Looking ahead, the company aims to expand its product portfolio, approving the popular LE910 V2 with Japanese mobile operators, and pursuing opportunities in regional growth verticals such as routers, automatic meter reading and point of sale verticals.
