About Alberto
Alberto is a security engineer at Telit Cinterion, specializing in product security for cellular IoT and wireless communication technologies. His work focuses on cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability management, secure product development, and security assessments across connectivity products and embedded platforms.
He supports security assessments and regulatory initiatives related to the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Radio Equipment Directive (RED), and other industry cybersecurity requirements.
With a background spanning both industrial cybersecurity and academic research, Alberto has worked on embedded system security, hardware roots of trust, and secure firmware design.
He holds a Ph.D. in computer and control engineering from Politecnico di Torino, where he focused his research on the security and resilience of cyber-physical systems and critical infrastructure. He has contributed to European research projects and international publications on cybersecurity, hardware security, and embedded systems security.
