From AT-command manual, the second number is:
0 – Socket Closed.
1 – Socket with an active data transfer connection.
2 – Socket suspended.
3 – Socket suspended with pending data.
4 – Socket listening.
5 – Socket with an incoming connection. Waiting for the user accept or shutdown
command.

Yes, I am using older version, because the latest firmware for this module is 10.01.141 and AT-commands r.24 is for 10.01.xx3.
