    looking for some help!!

    Thank you!

    1. Have you tried to set first the firewall then listen?

Can you connect from anything else, a PC?

      1. Yes i tried to active first of all the firewall but nothing change. About the connection from the pc i tried with a broswer to contact (on port 80) the IP but nothing happens…..

        thank you!

        1. Try with telnet better, check the server module, there is no incoming connection?

Are you sure your SIM/subscription allow incoming connections, ie running server applications?

Try another firewall setup, for example:

          AT#FRWL=1,"108.0.0.0","255.0.0.0"

          1. Hi,
Seems like vodafone block those type of connection, in fact we tried with another sim(TIM) and it works with the upper configuration!
What do i need to ask to my provider to allow me to open socket on Telit module? Peer to peer or something like VoIP?

            Ty!

          2. Hi Carlo,

Ask for a public IP (you have it already) with the possibility to run server applications on your choice of ports (probably they can do it only on a limited set of ports), in other words to accept incoming connections. You will probably  need to speak with a technical person at Vodafone not the normal customer service support,  and you can expect to be forced to use a special subscription plan or extra option.

If you intend to connect many devices a VPN will be the best option, they have such offer in the business portfolio.
