  1. I have Motorola C24 CDMA modems. After flashing new MR load v23.66 into the modem I’m unable to program the MIN via the AT+MNAM command. Please see the attached document.

  2. Hi

I think the PRI paramters were not initilaized completly this is why the MNAM was not updated with the MDN.

In order to investigate the issue:

    1) have you ever used this specific HW with Bell version?

    2) do you have QXDM tool?

    Thanks

    1. Hi Ben,

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it. As for your questions..

1- Yes we have nearly 500 units on the Bell network deployed nationwide.

2- QXDM? No we don’t use this althought I know what it is. I work for a M2M company. However If I did have the QXDM tool what did you want me to see?

One more thing- I’ve worked with Moto C24 a lot and out of 52.. about 5 had the failure after reflash the new MR Load. The rest work just fine!

      Thanks,
      Hasib

      1. Hi Hasib I am responsible on the C24. In the past in Motorola and now in Telit. I wanted to check, using the QXDM NV items, if the PRI was Initialized correctly, if not – it can cause the +MNAM problem. Just to understand the picture:1)     The same fail units worked in the past on the old version or they never been activated on live network? 2)    5 from 52 units have the MNAM issue? Thanks,Benzi

      Hi Ben,

How do I check for the PRI parameters?

      Thanks,
      Hasib

      1. Hasib,

Did you try just to reflash the fail units again?

please xplain, if these fail unites ever worked with the old SW?

I use the QXDM-> NV browser to select PRI parameters.

let me know if you have the QXDM, so I will tell you which item to read

        Thanks
