I’ve succesfully setup pppd over serial. All the documentation I’ve read gives descriptions on how to setup pppd over serial. I haven’t read anything that shows me how to setup something better than 115200baud connection, how can I setup something faster than a serial connection?
The LE910 is on the interface board CS146F board, but I haven’t been able to find any documention on this interface board. I’d assume there is something I can plug into on the interface board to get better speed, but with the lack of documentation I’m at a loss.
Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks!
Hi Curtis,
Could you please provide the kernel version of the Linux environment you’re using?
If you have linux kernel 3.4 or higher, you can use the "qmi_wwan" driver to connect to the WWAN interface (via the USB-mini B port on the interface board). Please see the document attached for more information.

You can use the "qmi_wwan" driver to access the WWAN interface of the LE910 if you have kernel version 3.4 or greater. The WWAN port uses QMI protocol. Please see document attached for more information.
