In the xE70-868 RF Module User Guide 1vv0301037 rev.4 – 2014-7-22:
3.5. DC Specifications
Power Supply (VDD) min.: +2.3V , typ.:+3.6V, max.: +3.6V
3.8. Absolute Maximum Ratings:
Voltage applied to Vcc, VDD : -0.3V to +3.6V
The voltage regulators have nonzero tollerance. Would be enought for 27dBm transmission to use ordinary 3.3V -/+ 4% regulator or we must use 3.55V +/-1% instead?
Hi Senkus,
in order to get max output power you have to power module with: use 3.55V +/-1%

Thanks for reply, Cosmin.
Its clear now with voltages.
