I am just looking at the GT863 with HE910 inside. No hands on yet. The block diagram shows an USB port in addition to the conventional UART port.
Now my question: Do I have access to both of these ports in my application sw, to be written in Python? Is the USB port somehow supported in Python 2.7, similar to the UART being supported by the MDM built-in module?
Thanks, Tom
The available Python modules are SER for USIF0, MDM and MDM2 for AT parsers, there is no support for USB. See Telit HE Family Ports Arrangements for more info.
Thanks Cosmin. Where do I find Telit HE Family Ports Arrangements ? Although bolded, it does not appear to e a hyperlink.
