When I make a voice call using the atd command, I get an OK response.
I get a BUSY status result if the remote unit is busy (in use or rejects the call)
I do not get any indication the call has been answered or I have timed out the request.
If tha call is answered I then need to perform a call timer to terminate the call. I could do this if I knew the call had not been answered.
I need to ring an alternative number if the call fails. I could do this if I knew the call had not been answered.
I have no problem if the dialed number is busy. I call the next number if I get a BUSY message.
As far as I am aware the AT command normally requres the unit to send a CONNECT message when the call is answered. This is all I need to meet all my requirements.
Is there any settings I have missed to allow the call progressing messages?
The origional was in the wrong place and unreadable!!!!
OK. Found it myselt. It just requires an AT#DIALMODE=1 command.
