we are using the GE865-Quad module.
I’d like to know if it is possible to limit the maximum transmitter output power in GSM and in GPRS mode.

Here is an explanation.
Power is under network control, you can change band for the lowest power: GSM–850/900 is class 4 with 2W, DCS–1800/PCS–1900 is class 1 with 1W.
But you are lucky with AT+CPWC, check it.
