[SOLVED] +CME ERROR without error code

  1. Hello

    I am trying to upload some Python scripts (again) to our GL865-DUAL device but I’m having some problems with anonymous error codes.

    -> ATE1
    -> AT+CMEE=2
    <- OK
    -> AT#ESCRIPT=
    <- OK
    -> AT#EXECSCR
    <- OK
    -> AT#DSCRIPT="CUHandler.pyo"
    <- +CME ERROR
    -> AT#WSCRIPT="CUHandler.py",2060
    <- +CME ERROR
    -> AT#ESCRIPT="main.py"   (old script still on the modem)
    <- OK
    -> AT#EXECSCR
    <- OK

    Does anyone have any idea what could cause this or how to fix it?

    1. AT#LSCRIPT says CUHandler.pyo exists before AT#DSCRIPT?

      What is the reason of AT#EXECSCR before AT#DSCRIPT?

      Can you upload other files than  CUHandler.py?

      Do you have hardware flow control enabled?

         AT#LSCRIPT=CUHandler.pyo gives me the same error. I now check for the file before trying to remove it, without success.

        This was an old test to prevent a modem crash while removing object files currently being compiled. I just tried to remove it but the modem threw the same anonymous error.

        Yeah, I just tried with another file, same error 🙁

        We do, yes.
