You have two choices- MIDway and Jadpur. (Can
be downloaded from our site:  http://www.telit.com/en/products/download-zone.php?p_id=18&folder=658

Downloading a MIDlet via serial communications is done by a Motorola/Telit
Java loader application tool called "MIDway". MIDway application is
available on the website , and is integrated in the SDK suite. It
supports serial communication of 19200 Bps, and it must be connected to UART2,

    Setup Stages:

    1. Connect the UART2
of the G24 to PC COM via RS232 cable.

    2. Run MIDway and
    from "File"->Settings menu-> "Communication Settings"
configure to 19200 bps. In the "AT command" box enter
    "OEMdownload" and click OK.

    3. Switch the KMgr
    pin to JTool mode.

    4. Select
"File"->"Send AT command" menu item to send the download
    command to the device.

    5. Select
"File">"Open JAD" menu item to select JAD file.

    6. Select
"File">"Send JAD" menu item to send the JAD file (JAR
