Dear Sir,
We are using GL868-DUAL (10.01.181) module to send email from Gmail server. Previously everything was working fine but now we are not now able to send email using Gmail/ other server server.

Can you ping, make a DNS query forsmtp.gmail.com, open a simple socket connection to port 587?
Dear Sir,
I am able to open TCP/IP socket. but could not send email.
The certificate that you have used is not a Root CA certificate. attached the correct certificate for Google?s servers. For test purposes you can also disable certificate validation with ?AT#SSLSECCFG=1,0,0?. Then, to determine if you are using the correct CA certificate or not, enable it (AT#SSLSECCFG=1,0,1) and test the connection again.
Then, since this is a 2G module, according to our SSL/TLS user guide, you should have increased the CPU speed. Please set AT#CPUMODE=3, before you start sending your email.
I followed your suggestion but the issue could not be resolved.
