We’re trying to use the AT#SIMDET=1 command for force a HE910-EUG V2 module to disable SIM detection and assume it’s always inserted. However, this doesn’t appear to be working, by which I mean attempting to connect fails and we still receive the following error message:
“+CME ERROR: SIM not inserted”
Can you please advise if this is expected behaviour?
FYI – I note from the SIM holder design guide that the SIMIN should be grounded if not used – which is not currently the case with our application.
Regards,
Mark
It appears that the SIMIN line must be gounded…
