Libelium Waspmote Sensor Platform gather information with more than 120 sensors for applications as varied as precision farming, air quality, waste management, water and ambient conditions, parking occupancy or industrial processes.
This information is sent to Meshlium IoT Gateway through more than 16 radio technologies: long range ( 4G, 3G / GPRS / GPRS+GPS / LoRaWAN / LoRa / Sigfox / 868 MHz / 900 MHz, medium range (ZigBee, 802.15.4, DigiMesh and WiFi) and short range (RFID, NFC, Bluetooth 2.1, BLE).
Data can be stored at the Meshlium IoT Gateway or in an external database. This information is sent to Telit Cloud platform via dW Cloud Connector. In the IoT platform, users can visualize data, analyze the information and take decisions based on this valuable information.
Users can develop solutions for a wide range of applications such as industrial working process, smart cities management, precision farming monitoring or air aquality, environmental conditions and waste management controlling.
It is an IoT sensor platform specially oriented to developers. It can send information through 16 radio technologies being capable of getting links up to 12km: long range (4G, 3G, GPRS, GPRS+GPS, LoRaWAN, LoRa, Sigfox, 868 MHz, 900 MHz), medium range (ZigBee, 802.15.4, DigiMesh, WiFi) and short range (RFID, NFC, Bluetooth 2.1, BLE). It counts with a hibernate mode of 0.7uA which allows to save battery when it is not transmitting. Waspmote Plug&Sense! Sensor Platform is an encapsuled line that allows developers to forget about electronics and focus on services and applications. The IoT platform consists on a robust waterproof IP65 enclosure with specific external sockets to connect the sensors, the solar panel, the antenna and even the USB cable in order to reprogram the node (Over the Air Programming is also available). It has been specially designed to be scalable, easy to deploy and maintain. Models currently in the market are Smart Environment PRO, Smart Agriculture, Smart Water, Smart Water Ions, Smart Cities PRO, Smart Parking, Smart Security, 4-20 mA Current Loop, Radiation Control and Ambient Control.
