Our portfolio of LTE-M and NB-IoT (NB1 and NB2) modules support the latest generation (3GPP Rel 14) of Power Saving Mode (PSM) and extended Discontinuous Reception (eDRX). PSM and eDRX allow the module to wake up periodically, exchange small amounts of data with the network and return to sleep, providing years of battery life.

xE310 Form Factor Family

Single-mode NB-IoT and dual-mode LTE-M/NB-IoT variants are available in our miniature xE310 form factor family, which goes down in size to less than 170 mm². Its LGA form factor is based on a fixed grid of 94 pads, including RF and standard spares for future use and functionality bundling with technologies like satellite positioning and Bluetooth. Pads make mass manufacturing yields higher, reducing costs.

The ME310G1-W2 variant offers support for the European 450 MHz band for special services networks, such as utilities and emergency response. The NE310L2 series of 3GPP Rel 14 compliant NB-IoT modules features best-in-class power consumption and optional 2G fallback, ideal for low-bandwidth, cost-sensitive applications that require long battery life and enhanced coverage.

xL865 Form Factor Family

Our xL865 form factor family (24.4 x 24.4 mm) enables reliable and global LTE (Cat M1 and NB2) implementation for applications in which low costs and low power are prioritized over high speed. The xL865 form factor provides customers with a smooth migration to newer IoT technologies with longer life cycles and supports the value-added services of OneEdge™ and IoT AppZone.

xE910 Form Factor Family

xE910 is our flagship form factor family (28.2 x 28.2 mm). Customers can upgrade their existing xE910-based designs to other xE910 modules quickly and cost-effectively. This module series adapts with ease to fully automated assembly lines and offers variants that support our award-winning software and services suite, OneEdge.

Traditional Form Factors

Single-mode NB-IoT and dual-mode LTE-M/NB-IoT xE910 and xL865 variants drop in and replace 2G and 3G versions in existing devices or connect an array of new machines made possible by lower power and better reach and range than higher category LTE.
