监管

所有无线通信产品都需要经过合规认证。针对不同产品和地区，这些法规和认证要求可能有所不同。下面是适用于Telit当前产品组合的认证：

	A-tick - The Australian Telecommunications Authority (Austel) were responsible for issuing cabling licenses, equipment permits and monitoring the conduct of license and permit holders for all equipment and components connected to the Australian telephone network. The Spectrum Management Agency (SMA) was the Australian Commonwealth statutory agency responsible for the management of radio communications in Australia. On 1 July 1997, the AUSTEL and SMA merged to form the Australian Communications Authority (ACA). On July 1st 2005, ACA and ABA (Australian Broadcasting Authority) merged to form the ACMA (Australian Communications Media Authority). The ACMA is now responsible for technical regulation, consumer issues and licensing of telecommunications and radio communications in Australia. The A-tick and ACMA supplier code indicates compliance with Australian telecommunications requirements and that the equipment can be legally connected to the Australian Telecommunications Network. Our ACMA supplier code is N692

	ANATEL - 巴西国家电信管理局 (Anatel) 是巴西通信部下属的一个独立机构，成立于1997年。该机构直接负责监管无线、有线、卫星国内和国际通信业务，监管范围覆盖巴西全境。

	CE - 欧洲的消费者保护计划，旨在确认产品符合健康、安全和环境要求，确保消费者安全。产品要在欧洲上市，必须满足CE认证要求。具体而言，Telit产品组合里的所有产品都必须符合《无线电与电信终端设备指令》（R&TTE）要求。R&TTE指令是由欧盟于1999年推出，制定了在欧洲销售的无线电与电信设备必须满足的要求。R&TTE产品认证由英国电信认证委员会BABT进行，该委员会创建于1982年，负责对电信设备进行认证。1992年5月，BABT发布了第一个GSM许可，该机构直接负责欧洲无线电、电信和IT领域的认证和监管服务。

	COFETEL - 墨西哥联邦电信监管委员会 (COFETEL)是墨西哥通信与交通部下属的一个机构，成立于1995年。该机构直接负责监管无线、有线、卫星国内和国际通信业务，监管范围覆盖墨西哥全境。

	CONATEL - The Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL), is charged by the Organic Law of Telecommunications, with the function of homologating and certifying telecommunication devices so as to guarantee the safety of users and the interoperability among networks and devices in Venezuela.

	CRTC - 加拿大无线电视广播和电信委员会 (CRTC)是一个独立的公共机构，成立于1968年。CRTC负责对加拿大的广播系统、电信运营商以及服务提供商进行监管。

	DGT - ̨台湾电信总局 (DGT)是台湾的电信行业监管机构。

	FCC - 联邦通信委员会 (FCC) 是美国独立的政府机构，直接对国会负责。该机构是根据《1934年通信法》成立的，负责监管无线、有线、卫星国内和国际通信业务，监管范围覆盖美国50个州、哥伦比亚特区以及美属地区。

	GCF - 全球认证论坛(GCF)运行独立的认证项目，以确保全球互用性。该项目的重点是2G和3G无线设备的互用。

	IC - 加拿大工业部认证和工程局为加拿大的无线电和终端设备提供认证服务。这些设备的合规测试由私人实验室进行。

	ICASA - The Independent Communication Authority of South Africa is a product of statute, The Independent Communication Authority of South Africa Amendment Act of 2000, later amended in 2005. FUNCTIONS OF ICASA: The Authority regulates the telecommunications and broadcasting industries in the public interest. Its key functions are to : make regulations and policies that govern broadcasting and telecommunications issue licenses to providers of telecommunication services and broadcasters monitor the environment and enforce compliance with rules, regulations and policies hear and decide on disputes and complaints brought by industry or members of the public against licensees plan, control and manage the frequency spectrum and protect consumers from unfair business practices, poor quality services and harmful or inferior products.

	KCC - On February 29, 2008, the Korea Communications Commission (KCC) has been newly embarked after consolidating the former Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) and the Korean Broadcasting Commission (KBC). Korea initiated the reorganization of the government agency responsible for broadcasting and communications policies and regulations, recognizing the fact that the boundary between the broadcasting and communications sector has been blurred. The newly established KCC, under the office of the President, aims to manage broadcasting and communications with full authority, promote the convergence process between broadcasting and telecommunications, as well as mitigate government regulations. The KCC will embrace the core function of the former Korean Broadcasting Commission and the Ministry of Information and Communication, serving as an integrated organization responsible for both policy-making and regulation.

	MIC - 信息和电信产品认证是在韩国《电信基本法》第33章和《无线电波法》第46、57章的基础上实施的。凡是在"信息和电信设备认证实施细则"第3章中列明的产品/设备必须通过认证并加贴认证标志，才能生产、进口或销售。

	NOM - 墨西哥强制性安全标志(NOM) 是一个消费者保护项目，要求对在墨西哥销售的某些产品，比如无线设备，进行该项认证。

	PTCRB - PTCRB的目的是提供一个框架，以便进行GSM移动设备认证。这包括但不限于，确定测试规范和方法，以实施GSM移动设备认证。该机构还负责向标准制定组织提供移动站测试信息。

	SRRC - 中国国家无线电管理局(SRRC) 是中国信息产业部下属的机构，负责监管中国的无线电产品。

	TK - Within the framework of the general principles defined in Turkey's Radio Law and Telegraph and Telephone Law, preparing the required plans in the telecommunications area and presenting them to the Ministry of Transportation and supervising the related operations of the concerned institutions and establishments as well as real and legal personalities.

运营商和服务提供商

运营商或服务提供商要激活无线通信产品，特别是使用许可频谱的蜂窝产品，必须经过认证和批准。这些要求根据不同的地区和服务提供商会有所不同。

	ERA (PTC) - Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa Sp. z o.o. is the operator of the Era and Heyah mobile telephony networks. Since the roll out of its commercial activity in 1996 under the Era GSM brand (currently Era). PTC provides its services on GSM 900, GSM 1800 and UMTS, including the fastest wireless Internet access through its HSDPA technology based blueconnect service. PTC serves over 12.722 million customers; its coverage encompassing 96.5% of Poland and 99.6% of its inhabitants.

	Golden Telecom - Golden Telecom Inc., (Golden Telecom) part of the VimpelCom Group. is a leading facilities-based provider of integrated telecommunications and Internet services in major population centers throughout Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (“CIS”). The Company offers voice, data and Internet services to corporations, operators and consumers using its metropolitan overlay network in major cities including Moscow, Kiev, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Kaliningrad, Krasnoyarsk, Almaty, and Tashkent, and via intercity fiber optic and satellite-based networks, including approximately 314 combined access points in Russia and other countries of the CIS.

	Kyivstar - Kyivstar Company — leader of mobile communications in Ukraine. Company was founded in 1994. Provides mobile communication services since 1997. 	MegaFon - OJSC «MegaFon» is the first all-Russian mobile operator in GSM 900/1800 standard. 	MTS - Mobile TeleSystems OJSC («MTS») is the largest mobile phone operator in Russia and the CIS. Together with its subsidiaries, the Company services over 83.88 million subscribers. The regions of Russia, as well as Armenia, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan, in which MTS and its associates and subsidiaries are licensed to provide GSM services, have a total population of more than 230 million.

	O2 - A pan-European telecommunications company with operations in the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. In March 2006, O2 became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telefónica S.A..

	OPTIMUS - Telcom operator in the country of Portugal. Started in 1998, is presently owned by Grupo Sonae. OPTIMUS has a stated mission of providing its customer the best Telecom experience in the market.

	Optus - Optus is an Australian leader in integrated telecommunications, delivering cutting-edge communications, information technology and entertainment services. In 2001 SingTel became the parent company of Optus, paving the way to become a strong and strategic telecommunications player within the Asia-Pacific region.

	Orange - - 拥有以色列第一套覆盖全国的GSM蜂窝网络，可在全国范围内提供优质的蜂窝通信服务。

	Rogers - Rogers Communications is a leading provider of Wireless, Cable TV, High Speed Internet and Home Phone services to consumer residences and businesses in Canada.

	SFR - SFR, a strong number 2 operator in the French mobile market. 18.8M customers / 34% market share / 4.1M 3G/3G+ customers. SFR: Largest 3G+ network in France.

	SKT Telecom - South Korea Telecom evolved from a first-generation analogue cellular system operator to the world's first provider of second-generation CDMA service, then to the 2.5-generation CDMA 2000 1x system operator, as well as the world's first commercialization of third-generation synchronized IMT-2000 system to the world's first company to commercialize (CDMA 2000 1x EV-DO). In 2006, SK Telecom also launched the world's first HSDPA service, which allows for video telephony via a mobile phone.

	URS - Beeline - Ukrainian Radio Systems provides mobile communications services in Ukraine. It offers value added mobile communication services and International roaming services worldwide. Ukrainian Radio was formed in 1995 and has its head office in Kiev, Ukraine. As of November 11, 2005, Ukrainian Radio Systems is a subsidiary of Vimpel-Communications. URS markets its network under the name of BEELINE.

	Vimpelcom - The VimpelCom Group is a telecommunications operator, providing voice and data servicing, covered through a range of wireless, fixed and broadband technologies. The Group includes companies operating in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia and Armenia.

	VIVO - Largest network in Brazil with coverage in over 2900 cities in the country. Vivo is controlled by Spain-based Telefónica and Portugal Telecom. Operates GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, CDMA, 1xRTT, and EVDO technologies.

	VODAFONE - Global telecom operator with proportionate mobile customer base of over 269 million. Operations in Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Albania, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Egypt, Romania, Turkey, India, Australia, New Zealand, USA, (partnership with Verizon Wireless), 3.21% stake in China Mobile.
